60 Days Advance Notice
We'll provide at least 60 days notice before introducing any paid plans. Existing users will receive special grandfathered pricing and early access to new features.
No Surprise Increases
Once you're on a plan, your price is locked. We won't suddenly increase prices for existing customers. If you sign up at £X/month, that's what you pay — even if we raise prices later.
Your Data, Your Control
You can export all your data at any time, for free. No lock-in, no ransom. If KindSquare isn't working for you, take your data and go — no hard feelings.

Is there a limit on volunteers or roles?
During beta, no. You can create unlimited roles and have unlimited volunteers. We want to test the platform at scale.
Do you offer nonprofit discounts?
KindSquare is built for community organizations, many of which are nonprofits. When we introduce pricing, we'll have special considerations for registered nonprofits and small organizations.
